When you connect the camera or put in the SD card, do you get a new DRIVE LETTER under 'Computer'? Copy/move the pictures from it onto your computer. Other Devices. It does the same thing the camera does. Windows identifies both the camera and Memory card and states that drivers are available. It then tells me to update the drivers. I click yes and during the driver update I get this message: ' Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error attempting to install it' MTB USB Device. The data is invalid.' SO it seems the driver is there, but for some reason the OS doesn't know how to install it. It is not the camera because I get it to work fine on Windows 7 in both the Canon Software and Picaso. Also, it is a Plug and play device so Windows should automatically update it.
